How to delete Instagram account?

To delete your Instagram account, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Delete Your Account page by typing “delete my account” in the Help section of the Instagram app or website.
Log in to your account if prompted.
Select a reason for why you want to delete your account from the drop-down menu.
Re-enter your password and type in the captcha code.
Click on the “Permanently delete my account” button.

Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated and your account, photos, comments, and likes will be permanently removed. So, if you want to take a break, you can always deactivate your account instead.

Also, it may take up to 14 days for your account to be deleted.
